Who stays here

One home, four ways
to feel welcome.

Every guest arrives in Trento with a different need. That's why we've thought of everything, specifically for each one.

The home's private garden

For weekend travellers

Around Trento by bike,
like a local.

Trento is beautiful, but the old town is also where parking becomes a nightmare. From here you take one of the 2 bikes we provide and in 10 minutes you're in the centre along the cycle path, with bike-grill stops to pause along the way.

  • 2 free bikes available — to explore Trento like a local, without hunting for bike sharing
  • Old town in 10 minutes — Buonconsiglio, the Cathedral, MUSE: all reachable by bike
  • Christmas markets — a perfect base for one of Italy's finest markets, without sleeping in the chaos
  • Dolomites within reach — Paganella 30 min, Madonna di Campiglio 1h, Lake Garda 1h
  • Breakfast in the garden — a small private lawn for the warm months
Book your weekend

For business travellers

The third way
between hotel and rental.

Hotels are cold and expensive over the long term. Empty flats come with endless paperwork. A professionally managed home, with a ready workstation, company invoice and agreed weekly rates, is exactly what business travellers need.

  • Ready workstation — desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, laptop setup
  • Fast, stable WiFi — smooth video calls, fast uploads, no interruptions
  • Company invoice and agreements — proper invoicing, with negotiated rates available for HR
  • 2 free parking spaces — company car and private car, no paid zones
  • Washing machine and ironing — come back on Friday with everything clean

For students and parents

The important moments
deserve a home.

A graduation, an admission, an open day. These are days you want to enjoy carefree, with the whole family, in a space where you can be together. The home sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, with a large living area to dine together and celebrate.

  • Up to 4 guests — a double bed, two single beds, perfect for families
  • Living area to celebrate — large table, equipped kitchen, the space for a graduation dinner
  • Near the UniTrento campuses — the city, hill and Mesiano campuses reachable in 15–20 minutes
  • Convenient train station — for those arriving by train from out of town
  • 2 parking spaces included — for those arriving by car from Verona, Bolzano, Brescia, even with two cars
Lock it in for the graduation

For patients' families

When you have to be there,
we're here for you.

We know what it means to support a loved one in hospital. The weeks stretch out, tiredness builds up, and in the evening all you need is a quiet place to truly recharge. Our home is made for exactly this.

  • 24h self check-in — keypad entry, get in whenever you can, even at night if discharge is delayed
  • Full kitchen — induction, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso
  • Washing machine in the home — because long hospital stays pile up laundry quickly
  • Private garden — an outdoor corner to breathe, far from the hospital corridors
  • Long-stay discount — up to 40% for extended stays

Frequently asked questions

What
we get asked often.

Can I check in late in the evening or at night?

Yes. Check-in is completely self-service thanks to a keypad. You'll receive the code before arrival and can enter at any time, day or night, without needing to meet anyone.

Can I get an invoice for a business trip?

Of course. If you book for work, we can issue a receipt or an invoice in the company's name. For HR teams needing ongoing arrangements (recurring trips) we have dedicated negotiated rates. Email us at madyhometrento@gmail.com with the company details and we'll set everything up.

Are the bikes really free?

Yes, completely free and available to all guests. There are 2 bikes, perfect for exploring the cycle path that reaches central Trento in 10 minutes, with bike-grill rest stops along the way. We only ask that you return them in good condition.

How do the rates for long stays work?

Rates drop progressively with the length of stay: over 7 days, over 14, over 30. For stays longer than a month a specific contractual arrangement (temporary lease) may apply, to be agreed together.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome. The private garden makes the home especially handy for those travelling with a dog. Write to us before booking to arrange the details.

Are there really 2 parking spaces?

Yes, there are 2 private reserved parking spaces, free and included in the price. No paid zones, no meters. Very handy for those travelling with two cars, for families, or for anyone with a company car and a private one.
