Yes. For business stays we issue a receipt or an invoice in the company's name. Email us at madyhometrento@gmail.com with the company details and we'll arrange everything before arrival.

Do you have agreements for companies with recurring trips?

Yes. For HR offices handling ongoing trips we offer dedicated negotiated rates. A stable solution, more affordable and more predictable than a hotel.

How do the rates for long stays work?

The nightly price drops in tiers: over 7 days, over 14 and over 30. For stays longer than a month a dedicated contractual arrangement (temporary lease) may apply, to be agreed.

How far is the Spini di Gardolo industrial area?

About 10 minutes by car, 5 km. The home is also 5 minutes from the A22 Trento Nord exit, handy for travelling towards Verona or Bolzano.
